India records 60,471 Covid-19 cases, 2726 deaths in 24 hours

In yet another dip in Covid-19 cases, India recorded 60,471 cases in the last 24 hours, taking the total caseload to 29,570,881. The Covid-related death toll in the country reached 377,031 with as many as 2726 deaths in the last 24 hours. The country has been recording less than 1 lakh daily cases for eight straight days. More than 28,280,472 patients have recovered from the disease in the country.
