Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa has said that there is a possibility of extension of the state-wide lockdown and restrictions beyond May 12 and Covid cases are on a rise. “We are discussing this with officials... It has become inevitable to take stricter action,” CM Yediyurappa said. He told the reporters that a decision on the restrictions will be taken in a meeting with key officials on Saturday.
