In a bid to put a curb on the sudden spike in Covid cases in the country mainly due to the outbreak in Maharashtra and Kerala, the Delhi government is likely to make it mandatory for those entering the capital from Maharashtra, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Punjab to have a negative Covid-19 report. The rule will be in force until March 15 from February 26. Similar requirements have been made mandatory by several states.
