In a bizarre incident, three women were given anti-rabies shots instead of the COVID-19 vaccine at a government health centre in Uttar Pradesh's Shamli district. A pharmacist has been sacked while the other one has been suspended after the incident. District Magistrate Jasjit Kaur ordered the transfer of Rambir Singh, the community health centre's in-charge, in connection with the case after demands of strict action.
