South Africa moves to level-2 lockdown amid surge in Covid-19 cases

South Africa President Cyril Ramaphosa announced on Sunday that the lockdown restrictions in the country will be tightened in view of a surge in Covid-19 cases. Ramaphosa said that country will move to lockdown level-2 on Monday. "Under level 2 lockdown, hours of curfew will start at 11 pm and end at 4 am. Restaurants, bars, gyms to close at 10 pm," he said while adding that the country may soon witness the third wave of Covid-19.
