Taiwan's Foxconn and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation have reached an agreement to buy 10 million doses of Germany's BioNTech SE's COVID-19 vaccine. The total cost of the deal is estimated at around $350 million. Taiwan has accused China of trying to sabotage the vaccine deal. The deal comes after months of efforts to buy the vaccine directly from BioNTech to boost the vaccination program.
