Tamil Nadu imposes complete lockdown starting May 10
The Tamil Nadu government has imposed a two-week-long complete lockdown in the state starting May 10, in view of a surge in Coronavirus cases. Residents will be allowed to buy groceries, vegetables till 12pm during the lockdown. Amma canteens will continue to function as usual. Auto and cab services will be allowed to run only for special occasions such as weddings, funerals, exams and job interviews.
