Rajasthan Police has registered a case against actress Payal Rohtagi under sections 66 and 67 of the IT Act for making objectionable comments. The case was lodged against her for making objectionable comments against the family of freedom fighter Motilal Nehru and "defaming" the wife of former PM Jawaharlal Nehru, in a video. Youth Congress leader Charmesh Sharma had filed a complaint against a video posted by Payal on Sep 21.
