Chinese authorities rate Chinese star 0 for being socially irresponsible

Fan Bingbing, the best-paid Chinese star was rated zero by Chinese authorities for being socially irresponsible. In a ranking of 100 celebrities Bingbing is ranked last. The list is prepared based on charitable work, professional life and personal integrity. A TV presenter accused Bingbing of tax evasion and as a result of that the star was rated zero. However, her studio denied all the accusation.
