The judge overseeing Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's acrimonious divorce case was forced to resign on Friday after Jolie claimed that he was not impartial. According to a California appeals court ruling, Judge John Ouderkirk should have revealed his prior professional ties with counsel for Pitt in the couple's long-running custody battle. After years of romance and marriage, Jolie and Pitt divorced in September 2016.
