BMC calls Sonu Sood a "habitual offender" over unauthorised construction

The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation filed an affidavit in the Bombay High Court in connection with the unauthorised construction by Bollywood actor Sonu Sood and called him a "habitual offender". "The appellant is a habitual offender and wants to enjoy the commercial proceeds of the unauthorised work and therefore once again started reconstructing the demolished portion in order to make it operational as a hotel," the BMC said.
