Delhi High Court dismisses John Hart Jr plea seeking stay on release of "The White Tiger" on Netflix

The Delhi High Court decided against staying the release of the film ''The White Tiger'' on the OTT platform Netflix. Hollywood producer John Hart Jr had filed a plea in the court to stay the release of the fil while alleging copyright violation. Justice C Hari Shankar dismissed the plea while saying that the court found no valid reason to stay the movie. The court has issued summons to producer Mukul Deora and Netflix.
