Ellen Page is now Elliot Page; 'Juno' star declares that he is 'trans'

Top Hollywood actor who was nominated for the Oscars for his performance in 'Juno', has declared that his new name is Elliot Page and he is transgender. "I love that I am trans. And I love that I am queer," the actor wrote. His former name was Ellen Page. Page earned a lot of praise from his fellow actors for coming out openly. The group's director of transgender media Nick Adams called Page an "inspiration".
