Eminem's publisher suing Spotify over Unpaid streams

The music publisher of Eminem is suing Spotify USA Inc. for streaming hundreds of his songs illegally and without a license. Eight Mile Style LLC has filed a lawsuit on Wednesday, claiming that Spotify has intentionally ripped off the artist by pretending to have a license to his songs to play on the platform. Spotify has not paid Eight Miles for those streams as they didn't know who held the copyright to the songs.
