The ousted Grammys CEO has slammed the Recording Academy alleging she was sacked after complaining about sexual harassment, pay disparities and conflicts of interest in the nomination process for music’s iconic awards. Lawyers of Deborah Dugan, who is now on administrative leave since last week, filed the discrimination complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission only 5 days before the Grammy Awards.
