Justdial asked to remove PVR from its app & websites - Delhi High Court

Justdial was in agreement with PVR on May 31, 2016, to list PVR Cinemas, its shows & other details on its search pages. The agreement expired on Aug 15, 2018, but it continued to show PVR, show timings on the app; users could book tickets without leaving the app, bypassing PVR site. Delhi HC asked Justdial to refrain from using the registered PVR mark in any manner due to violations of Trademarks act & Copyrights act.
