Actor Henry Cavill has officially confirmed that he is set to hang up his cape as Superman. On Thursday morning, the star took to his Instagram handle to pen a moving note, announcing the end of his journey as 'Superman' and thanking his fans for all the love and support. "I have just had a meeting with James Gunn and Peter Safran and it’s sad news, everyone. I will, after all, not be returning as Superman," he wrote.
