Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Saturday broke his silence on Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, saying the matter could be handed over to CBI if the late actor's family demands for it. The CM added that it is the duty of the police to investigate after an FIR was filed by Sushant's father. The Bihar government has already made it clear that it will oppose a petition filed by Rajput's rumoured girlfriend Rhea.
