No stay on online streaming of 'Gunjan Saxena' by Delhi HC

The Delhi High Court today refused to put a stay on streaming of Janhvi Kapoor starrer 'Gunjan Saxena - The Kargil Girl' on an OTT platform. The court rejected the Centre's plea seeking to stop the streaming of the movie. The Centre had argued that IAF image is "dented" in the movie as it shows that force is gender-biased. The court has sought replies of Dharma Productions, Netflix, and former Flight Lt Gunjan Saxena on the PIL.
