Amazon's Alexa reviewers got access to customers' addresses: Report

A report reveals that 5 employees admitted having access to location data & customer addresses. Amazon too admitted that staff could listen to customer conversations through Alexa smart speaker. In response to these reports, Amazon says it has 'zero tolerance' for abuse of its systems; access to internal tools is highly controlled & granted to only a limited no of employees who require these to improve the service.
