S Korea top sports says sorry for harassment cases and bans offenders

After the double Olympic short track gold medalist, Shim Suk-hee accused her ex-coach of raping and sexually harassing her, the top sports body of South Korea has apologized for the sexual harassment cases. The body has also vowed to ban offenders for a lifetime. The KSOC president Lee Kee-heung apologized and said that he'll make sure that sinners will be banned for local and overseas recruitment both.
