31% Indian company considering different organizational structures

As per WTW and CII study on organisation structures conducted on over 100 organisations, 31% Indian companies trying different organisational structure to meet different challenges. 49% are considering the change to create a performance-driven culture while 41 % are considering to it in meeting changing customer demands. The organizations are also trying best to fix organisational structure-related challenges.
