Singapore has apologised to 357 COVID-19 patients who were sent an erroneous text message saying they tested positive for coronavirus for second time. The authorities have said it happened due to an IT system testing glitch. However, the recipients were alerted about the mistake within hours. Singapore has so far reported more than 28,000 cases of COVID-19, one of the highest numbers in Asia, with 22 recorded deaths.
