A total of 1,900 instances this year, the Pakistani Army has breached ceasefire with more than 222 events recorded in just 25 days since the repeal of Article 370 of the regulations in J&K. On average, nearly ten incidents of ceasefire violations by Pakistani troops have occurred since August 5, resulting in numerous pitched battles and heavy fire interchange from both parties on a constant basis.
