Ancient Human Footprint 15,000 years old discovered in Chile, the earliest sign of human presence

Scientists in Chile found a footprint of the bare right foot of an adult human, that dates back to 15,000 years ago, the oldest one ever found. This finding challenges the previous timeline & map of human migration into S.America. The footprint was found in 2010 in Osorno, but it took years for scientists to confirm the age of a fossil through carbon dating technique. They also found evidence of primitive stone tools in the area.
