In an unusual manner, Rakesh "Rocky" Sharma had entered into Apple CEO Tim Cook's residence on Dec 4, 2019, and attempted to deliver flowers and a bottle of champagne to Cook. A California court granted Apple a temporary restraining order against Sharma. He has been ordered to stay away from Cook's residence in Silicon Valley. The order lasts through March 3, when a hearing is scheduled.
