After considering the ASI report that says Babri Masjid was made by demolishing a Hindu temple during the 14th century, the CJI stated that there was a Hindu temple in the 12th century. The court has rejected the Hindu party plea that no mosque existed. The Muslim party failed to prove its possession while Hindus have proven unimpeded possession of the outer courtyard. No proof of Namaz offering before the British period.
