A bill to criminalise LGBT conversion therapy has been reintroduced by Canada after the earlier attempt to ban the therapy couldn't succeed due to the outbreak of coronavirus disease. "Conversion therapy is harmful, degrading, and has no place in Canada … I hope that all parties will do the right thing by supporting this bill," Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said. The bill will include five amendments to Canada's Criminal Code.
