John Ratcliffe, the Director of National Intelligence of US has labelled China the biggest threat to democracy and freedom worldwide since World War Two in his essay. A revelation that has particularly concerned defence experts across the world is that China is trying to develop "soldiers with biologically enhanced capabilities" and they were conducting "human testing" on members of the Chinese army.
