India’s vehicle production may shrink by 8.3% in 2020 as the auto industry is witnessing a supply shortage due to the coronavirus outbreak. The automotive manufacturers have halted their production in China to limit the congregation of people and reduce the exposure of a population to possible infection. The Indian healthcare system is ill-equipped to handle any large scale epidemic, according to the report by Fitch Solutions.
