The authorities in Karnataka have quarantined more than 1,300 migrant workers from Andhra Pradesh who attempted to return from Karnataka despite lockdown orders. The officials came into action after learning that 1,334 workers were headed to the Nangili toll plaza to enter Andhra Pradesh. The workers have been quarantined in Karnataka's Kolar and the Andhra government is providing logistical support to the local administration.
