An explosion at a Covid-19 clinic in North Macedonia sparked a massive fire, resulting in the death of at least 10 people. "A huge tragedy has occurred in the Tetovo Covid-19 centre. An explosion caused a fire. The fire was extinguished but many lives were lost," Prime Minister Zoran Zaev wrote on Twitter. Health Minister Veno Filipce said it was a very sad day while adding that the number of casualties could rise.
