Israeli jets strike rocket launch sites in south Lebanon

The Israeli air force conducted strikes on rocket launch sites in south Lebanon early on Thursday. The airstrike was carried out in response to a rocket launched from Lebanese territory towards Israel. Israel responded with strong artillery fire after two rockets launched from Lebanon on Wednesday hit Israeli territory. According to Hezbollah's Al-Manar TV, Israeli jets conducted two raids in the outskirts of Mahmudiya town.
