Millions of android phones hijacked by cryptocurrency mining site

Just like personal computers, smartphones are also vulnerable to cryptocurrency mining hijacks and recently Malwarebytes reported a mining campaign that redirected millions of Android smartphones to a website that had hijacked their processors for mining where the users were asked to enter a ‘captcha’ code to stop mining and the number of victims was large. Using web filters can help the users to stop these hijacks.
