More than a million Covid19 tests conducted for second consecutive day in India

Achieving a remarkable milestone in its fight against the novel coronavirus, India managed to conduct over one million coronavirus tests in a day for the second consecutive day. 1.01 million tests were conducted till Tuesday midnight. 78,622 cases of the novel coronavirus were recorded in a single day, as per the data by the Indian Council of Medical Research. ICMR has given a lot of emphasis on increasing the testing capacity.
