Muzaffarpur woman stripped, thrashed and paraded in village, police refuse to register complaint

A shameful incident happened in Bihar's Muzaffarpur, a woman was allegedly thrashed and stripped naked by locals. A video of the incident was also uploaded on social media. What pained the woman most was that police refused to register an FIR in relation to the incident. The incident took place at the Andhrathadi village. The woman was allegedly assaulted by an Anganwadi worker, her husband and some of the villagers.
