In a shocking incident, a video is making rounds on social media that shows a woman urinated on the train floor and wiped her hands on the seat. The video clip of a 21-year-old blonde woman shows her squatting in a Sydney train carriage before 'wiping' her soaked hands on the seat. But what is more shocking is that the police has abandoned the investigation saying that no offence was committed.
