Ajay Banga, the MasterCard chief exec has recently spoke about Facebook’s digital currency Libra. In a recent interview, Banga said that he feels the key members of the Libra association weren’t fully committed to “not do anything that is not fully compliant with local law”. Banga said that he likes the idea of a global currency, but he doesn’t see how Libra works or makes money. He said it made in ways he doesn’t like.
