Peegate: DGCA fines Air India ₹ 30 lakh for violating rules; airline responds to order

Air India after being imposed with a fine of Rs 30 lakhs and also receiving criticism by DGCA on the negligence of the urinating incident of Nov 26 has come up with a statement after the order. The airline has mentioned that they do acknowledge gaps in their reporting and has assured that handling of incidents involving unruly passengers shall be addressed thoroughly.
