Pet Cat COVID-19 Positive in England: First Confirmed Case of COVID-19 Infection in animals in Britain

The British govt has reported the 1st confirmed coronavirus case in an animal after a pet cat tested positive for COVID-19 in England. It added that all available proofs suggest the cat had incurred the disease from its owners who were found coronavirus positive. The humans & cat have fully recovered & there was no transmission to any animal or people. The govt said there is no proof that cats could transmit virus to humans.
