SAS Pilots on strike: Scandinavian airlines cancels flights, 70,000 passengers affected

1409 SAS pilots went on strike from Sweden, Norway & Denmark, leading to 673 cancellations & 70000 passengers affected. SAS warns that continuous strike might affect 100000 passengers over the weekend. The salary negotiations between SAS & Swedish Airline pilot association broke down, leading to the strike by 492 Swedish, 545 Norwegian & 372 Danish pilots. SAS offered passengers travelling from Fri-Mon to rebook free of charge.
