SC asked retired judge to probe claims of conspiracy against CJI with help of CBI

The Supreme Court has ordered the retired judge to investigate the claims of a conspiracy against the Chief Justice of India, Ranjan Gogoi. A few days back a former SC lawyer alleged that the CJI sexually harassed her and a lawyer called it a conspiracy against Gogoi to remove him. After which the court asked him to prove his claims. The court has also asked CBI and Intelligence Chief to assist in the matter.
