Spanx CEO and founder Sara Blakely assembled all her employees in the middle but not for a briefing. She actually gave her employees probably the biggest surprise of their lives. "I'm spinning a globe because to celebrate this moment, I have bought each one of your two first-class tickets to anywhere in the world," Blakely announced. And even before the loud claps could stop, she also announced giving $10,000 to every employee.
