With several reports of cats infected with the coronavirus, a group of researchers was studying whether cats can transmit the pathogen to one another. The answer the scientists say, they can. The question now is whether felines can transmit the COVID-19 back to people. Researchers say none of the cats in their study was visibly ailing, but they shed the deadly virus from their nasal passages for about 6 days.
