An Indian columnist Sunanda Vashisht said at a US Congressional hearing on Human Rights in Washington, that the terrorists harboured by Pak have caused "ISIS level of horror and brutality" in Kashmir. She hailed the Indian authorities for the successful establishment of a democratic setup. Vashisht reiterated that India has not occupied Kashmir and that "there is no India without Kashmir and no Kashmir without India."
