US to charge employers $10 for every H-1B visa proposal from December

The United States has decided to impose a fee of $10 on the employers to register every foreign worker they plan to propose for H-1B visas from December 9. The US is shifting the visa process to a new electronic registration system which will require employers to register their proposed H-1B beneficiaries to qualify them for the electronic lottery used to pick the 85,000 visas that are granted every year.
