Australia has raised reports with Qatar stating that women were strip-searched and examined before a Doha to Sydney flight. The women were examined for signs of having given birth after a newborn baby was found abandoned in a toilet at Hamad international airport. These searches came to light when Australian women spoke up. Kim Mills said she was terrified as she was taken into a dark car park to perform a medical exam.
