Around 5-10 million ago, there were giant-size turtles roaming around in the world. The researchers have deduced that the turtles were 10-feet long, after studying their fossils. There have been bite marks on the fossils that prove that despite their huge size, they were attacked by predators. The shells of the giant turtles have been discovered near Venezuela and Colombia. They have been named Stupendemys.
