The two suspects in the poisoning case of ex-Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughters have been identified, said Russian president Vladimir Putin. Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov are thought to be the culprits working for Russian military intelligence service. Putin said that they have found the culprits and hoping that they would surrender. They are civilians and not criminals, he added.
