Russia lost contact with military jet near Syria

A Russian military jet that was carrying 14 servicemen lost contact with the base and disappeared over Mediterranean sea 35 km from the Syrian coast on Monday. Syria has came under attack by Israeli missiles on Monday and the search and rescue team said the Russian jet could have sunk in the Mediterranean Sea as a result of that. The fate of the military personnel on the jet is still unknown.
